Peanut Candy - 花生糖
If you have never tried the chinese candy made with peanuts and sesame seeds, you are really missing out! The combination of nuts and seeds held together by sweet candy mixture is just out of their world. These are great for bake sales, holiday gifts when jarred and delicious snacks for your friends and family. The ingredients of mine are easy to get, I used peanuts and walnuts beside using sesame. I also used honey instead of malt sugar. As usual I will suggest you to give it a try, the process is not that burdensome but the cutting part needs some skills. After all trust me, it's worth every single effort... It's just to good to resist popping in non-stop.
... Happy moulding!
