Sweet Corn Fresh Milk Pudding - 粟米鲜奶布丁

~ Sweet Corn Fresh Milk Pudding ~
Ingredients:
(A)
80 g sweet corn kernels
100 g fresh milk
(B)
45 g sugar
3/4 tsp agar agar powder
100 g water
(C)
300 g fresh milk
40 g whipping cream / fresh milk
(D)
40 g sweet corn kernels for decoration
Methods:
1. Blend ingredients (A) together and leave aside.
2. Mix ingredients (B) well and set aside for 5 min.
3. Bring mixed ingredients (B) to boil at low heat, stir until the sugar is fully melted.
4. Add in 300 g of fresh milk with ingredients (A), cook until it coagulated, constantly stirring is required.
5. Pour in 40 g whipped cream / fresh milk, stir to combine and off the heat immediately.
6. Prepare a container, place some sweet corn kernels at the bottom, pour in the cooked pudding mixture 3/4 full and decorate with few more sweet corn kernels on top.
7. Refrigerate the pudding for 3 hours before served.
