Non-Bake Nutella Yogurt Cheese Cake - 无烘烤酸奶能多益芝士蛋糕
Non bake might be two of my favorite words when it comes to desserts. If you have a sweet tooth like me, nutella is probably one of your guilty pleasures. Sometimes I ask myself can there be anything better than nutella itself? The answer is yes - cheese cake with nutella and yogurt! This recipe does not call for any baking or cooking so you can make it in 30 minutes. You only need simple ingredients which can be easily buy from any stores. You are gonna love the creamy and fluffy Nutella filling and crunchy digestive biscuits crust.
But I love most about this cheese cake is adding chopped toasted hazelnuts on top of the cake which give each bite a nice taste and extra crunchy texture. So what are you waiting for? This cheese cake is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth and pretty much the most delicious dessert, perfect for any meal. And remember, we deserve an indulgent and delicious treat from time to time, so don't feel guilty! Forget about dieting, calories, fat - just dig in and enjoy! Once tasted I know you will be hooked. ~ Non-Bake Nutella Yogurt Cheese Cake ~
Ingredients:
180 g digestive biscuits, finely crushed
90 g unsalted butter, melted
70 g icing sugar
250 g cream cheese
250 g plain yogurt
96 g warm water
2 tbsp gelatins
80 g nutella
Topping:
60 g whipping cream
100 g nutella
Chopped toasted hazelnuts / almonds
Methods:
1. Add the melted butter to the finely crushed digestive biscuits.
2. Press firmly into the base of the cake tin and chill for 30 min in the fridge.
3. Add gelatin to warm water, mix both ingredients until well combines then set aside to cool.
4. Whisk the cream cheese with sugar using an electric hand mixer, then add in the gelatin.
5. Separate the mixture into 2 portions.
6. Add in 1/2 portion of yogurt to 1st portion of mixture and combine until smooth.
7. Add another 1/2 portion of yogurt to the 2nd portion of mixture with nutella, also combine until smooth.
8. Pour spoonful of plain mixture into the crust then followed by nutella mixture repeatedly until both mixtures are used up and swirl.
9. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight for best results before served.
Topping:
1. Mix whipping cream and nutella.
2. Pour over the cake, using a ladle to even it, before pouring the nutella make sure the cake is fridge more than 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
