Stir Fried Scallion & Ginger Fish Fillets - 姜葱鱼片

Some call it scallion, some call it spring onion, some call it green onion - it is all the same. This is a common Chinese household dish which is pretty decent. The combination of both ginger and scallion is aptly use to add flavor to the otherwise mildly flavored fish. The ginger is also use to stave off the fishy smell of the protein. A quick dish that takes less than 45 minutes preparing and cooking time.

... Happy Stir-frying!
