Non-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars - 无烘烤花生酱巧克力块

I'm pretty sure you will love this recipe! It's not only that they're delicious, but they are also ridiculously simple to make! They are touted as tasting like peanut butter cups. The texture is very much like that and they had more of a Butterfingers taste too. Either way, they're surprisingly good for the tiny amount of effort involved in making them. 

You only need a handful of ingredients to create these beauties. And you probably have those in your kitchen right now. The making process only take about 10 minutes. One bowl, a few measuring cups, and no oven time at all. The hardest part of making these may be waiting on them to chill. These bars are an ideal quick dessert for chocolate and peanut butter fans. They offer the dessert trifecta - simple, quick, delicious. 


~ Non-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars ~

Ingredients:

(A)
115 g salted butter, melted
8 pcs digestive biscuits, crushed
3 tbsp powered sugar
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/4 tsp of salt

(B)
180 g semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Methods: 
1. Greased baking tin.
2. Mix (A) together until completely combined.
3. Spread mixture evenly in the greased tin and place in the fridge to chill for 10 min.
4. Double boiled and stir (B) until the chocolate chips fully melted
5. Spread over the chilled peanut butter layer and chill for at least an hour.
6. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minute before cutting into bars.
