Bread Maker Chocolate Cake - 面包机巧克力蛋糕

This cake is made with bread maker. The texture is soft and not too dense. It is a chocolate tooth satisfying cake without being over the top in the sweetness department. If you are a chocolate craver you will love it. Yummy!


~ Bread Maker Chocolate Cake ~

Ingredients:
2 eggs / 鸡蛋
80 g sugar / 糖
150 g cake flour (sifted) / 低筋面粉
1/2 tsp baking soda / 泡打粉
50 g full cream milk / 全脂牛奶
80 g butter / 奶油
1 tsp baking powder / 发粉
100 g cooking chocolate / 巧克力

Methods:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan - set aside.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda - set aside.
3. Put eggs, sugar and milk into the baking bucket, select MENU 9 MIX and press START button.
4. About 5 minutes the mixture will be well combined, press PAUSE - add in sifted flour then press START to continue.
5. About another 5 minutes, press PAUSE again - add in the melted butter and chocolate then continue until it ends.
6. After mixing is done removed the blade from the baking bucket.
7. Then select MENU 15 BAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER to 1 hour 45 minutes.
8. Once the cake is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and cool down for 10 minutes then gently shake of the cake onto the cooling rack.
9. Make sure the cake is cut when it has fully cooled down.
