Bread Maker Gingko Barley Beancurd Dessert - 面包机腐竹白果薏米
This is one of my favorite local desserts of all time. It tastes refreshing and nourishing. Believe it or not, this dessert was made from bread maker! It's as simple as putting all ingredients into the machine and it will automatic made to the end products within 30 minutes. If you are concerned about the turn up, rest assured this recipe will not disappoint you! Yummy... ~ Bread Maker Gingko Barley Beancurd Dessert ~ (Served 7 to 8 person) Ingredients: Sticky Dough: 80 g desert beancurd / 糖水腐竹 40 g barley / 薏米 2000 ml water / 水 5 pieces pandan leaves (knotted) / 班兰叶(需绑好) 120 g rock sugar / 冰糖 80 g gingko / 白果 Methods: 1. Soak barley for 2 hours; break the bean curd into smaller pieces and soak till it is soft. 2. Add all ingredients into the baking bucket. 3. Select MENU 15 BAKE, TIMER to 30 minutes. 4. Then continue and Select MENU 16 STICKY RICE, TIMER to 1 hour 20 minutes. 5. After done, ready to serve.
