Bread Maker Gingko Barley Beancurd Dessert - 面包机腐竹白果薏米

This is one of my favorite local desserts of all time. It tastes refreshing and nourishing. Believe it or not, this dessert was made from bread maker! It's as simple as putting all ingredients into the machine and it will automatic made to the end products within 30 minutes. If you are concerned about the turn up, rest assured this recipe will not disappoint you! Yummy... ~ Bread Maker Gingko Barley Beancurd Dessert ~ (Served 7 to 8 person) Ingredients: Sticky Dough: 80 g desert beancurd / 糖水腐竹 40 g barley / 薏米 2000 ml water / 水 5 pieces pandan leaves (knotted) / 班兰叶(需绑好) 120 g rock sugar / 冰糖 80 g gingko / 白果 Methods: 1. Soak barley for 2 hours; break the bean curd into smaller pieces and soak till it is soft. 2. Add all ingredients into the baking bucket. 3. Select MENU 15 BAKE, TIMER to 30 minutes. 4. Then continue and Select MENU 16 STICKY RICE, TIMER to 1 hour 20 minutes. 5. After done, ready to serve.

Bread Maker Mee Hoon Kueh - 面包机面粉粿

I personally love those authentic Mee Hoon Kueh which is torn into pieces by hands especially it is thick, rather than that using noodle maker. The pinching of the dough seems to give it extra texture and make it taste better. Maybe it's just because that's the true blue homemade method how I see many elderly used to make it. This is a pretty healthy dish covering with major food groups of carbohydrates (flour), protein (pork), fiber (vegetables) and calcium (anchovies). The anchovies stock gives the soup its distinctive flavor although it can be substituted with chicken or vegetable stock.  Well this homemade Mee Hoon Kueh or some called Pan Mee makes so easy with bread maker nowadays. Traditionally the dough was made using hand kneaded method, now with the aid of bread maker I just can't believe it - the dough can be done within 20 minutes without much laboring tasks! Believe it or not, this muah chee was made from bread maker! It's as simple as putting all ingredients into the machine and it will automatic made to the end products within 30 minutes. If you are concerned about the texture, rest assured this recipe will not disappoint you! Yummy... ~ Bread Maker Muah Chee ~ Ingredients: Sticky Dough: 180 g glutinous rice flour / 糯米粉 1 tbsp sugar / 糖 1 tbsp cooking oil / 食油 225 ml water / 水 Coating: 150 g crashed roasted peanuts / 花生碎 75 g coarse sugar / 粗糖 Methods: 1. Add all sticky dough ingredients into the baking bucket. 2. Select MENU 19 STIR-FRY, TIMER to 30 minutes. 3. After done, leave to cool. 4. Greased a teaspoon with little oil, scoop the sticky dough and drop it to the coating.

This is another masterpiece baked from bread maker - it is a real deal, everything you imagine a classic cheesecake recipe to be. Creamy, rich and yummy! ~ Bread Maker Cream Cheese Cake ~ Ingredients: 5 eggs / 鸡蛋 500 g spongemix powder / 海绵蛋糕合粉 100 ml water / 水 80 g butter / 奶油 1 tsp baking powder / 发粉 200 g cream cheese /  奶油乳酪 Methods: 1. Place all ingredients  into the baking bucket. 2. Select MENU 12 CAKE,  COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM, TIMER to 2 hour 20 minutes  and press START button. 3. About 1 hour 20 minutes, press  PAUSE and  removed the blade from the baking bucket. 4. Then press START again until the  cake is done, select MENU 15 BAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER to 20 minutes. 5. Once the cake is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and cool down for 10 minutes then gently shake of the cake onto the cooling rack. 6. Make sure the cake is cut when it has fully cooled down.

Bread Maker Black Sesame Soybean Wholemeal Loaf - 面包机黑芝麻豆浆全麦 吐 司

Another wonderful bread which uses soy milk, added black sesame seeds and wholemeal flour to this loaf make it even more healthier! Yummy! ~ Bread Maker Black Sesame Soybean Wholemeal Loaf ~ Ingredients: 200 g high protein flour / 高筋面粉 140 g wholemeal wheat bread flour / 全麦面粉 230 g soybean milk (packet) / 包装豆奶 4 g instant yeast / 酵母 15 g black sesame seeds / 黑芝麻 20 g butter / 牛油 35 g sugar / 糖 4 g salt / 盐 1 tbsp softener / 软油 Methods: 1. Add soybean milk, then flour and black sesame seeds to the baking bucket. 2. Make a well at the center of the flour using a spoon, place sugar at the left side of the baking bucket, salt at the right side and center with yeast. 3. Make sure yeast is not contact with the salt else it will not rise nicely. 4. Select MENU 1 BASIC, set WEIGHT to 750g, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER will be automatically set to 3 hours. 5. Yummy! ~ Bread Maker Soybean Cornflakes Loaf ~ Ingredients: 350 g high protein flour / 高筋面粉 250 ml soybean milk (packet) / 包装豆奶 4 g instant yeast / 酵母 40 g cornflakes / 玉米片 30 g butter / 牛油 40 g sugar / 糖 3 g salt / 盐 1 tbsp softener / 软油 Methods: 1. Add soybean milk, then flour and cornflakes to the baking bucket. 2. What could be easier than making your Banana Cake in the Bread Machine? The hardest part about this recipe is waiting for the bread to be done. Yummy! ~ Bread Maker Banana Cake ~ Ingredients: 200 g ripe banana (mashed) /  香蕉 1/4 tsp baking soda / 苏打粉 1 tsp baking powder / 发粉 150 g cake flour / 蛋糕粉 130 g sugar / 糖 3 eggs (150g) / 鸡蛋 100 g corn oil / 玉米油 Methods: 1. Mash the banana, set aside. 2. Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda twice, set aside. 3. Hand whisk eggs, sugar and banana on maximum speed for 10 to 15 minutes till it forms ribbon.  4. Fold in the sifted flour. 5. Add oil into the batter and mix well under shiny . 6. Pour it into the baking bucket. 7. Then select MENU 15 BAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER to 1 hour 30 minutes. 8.
