Believe it or not, this muah chee was made from bread maker! It's as simple as putting all ingredients into the machine and it will automatic made to the end products within 30 minutes. Yummy... ~ Bread Maker Muah Chee ~ Ingredients: Sticky Dough: 180 g glutinous rice flour / 糯米粉 1 tbsp sugar / 糖 1 tbsp cooking oil / 食油 225 ml water / 水 Coating: 150 g crashed roasted peanuts / 花生碎 75 g coarse sugar / 粗糖 Methods: 1. Add all sticky dough ingredients into the baking bucket. 2. Select MENU 19 STIR-FRY, TIMER to 30 minutes. 3. After done, leave to cool. 4.
