Bread Maker Pandan Kaya - 面包机班兰咖椰
Knowing how to make kaya is easy, however it takes great skill for one to master the art of producing fine kaya.
Homemade kaya uses very simple ingredients, but why should you make your own kaya since it is not as simple as it is? The ingredients are cheap and readily available, it does not contain any artificial preservatives or flavorings.
With bread maker you don't require any skill, it is really as simple as preparing the ingredients, put all into the baking busket then press one button and it will auto handle for you until the end product is ready to serve. The taste is even better than the one you bought it over the shelves, it is just simply delicious... Yum yum!
~ Bread Maker Pandan Kaya ~
Ingredients:
50 g pandan juice / 班兰汁
250 g coconut milk / 椰浆
200 g sugar / 糖
5 beaten eggs / 鸡蛋
2 pandan leaves / 班兰叶
Methods:
1. Put all ingredients into the baking bucket.
2. Select MENU 13 JAM, it will auto set to 1 hour 20 minutes.
3. Once it is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and set to cool aside.
4. Blend it using juice mixer until it turns smooth.
5. Store in a container and fridge it.
