Bread Maker White Coffee Butter Cake - 面包机白咖啡牛油蛋糕
Sweet, delicious coffee cake with rich 3-in-1 white coffee aroma - another master piece made from bread maker. Yummy!
~ Bread Maker White Coffee Butter Cake ~
Ingredients:
120 g butter / 奶油
60 g sugar / 糖
2 eggs / 鸡蛋
140 g self raising flour (sifted) / 自发面粉
1/2 tsp baking powder / 发粉
4 tbsp full cream milk / 全脂牛奶
50 g 3in1 instant white coffee / 三合一即冲咖啡粉
Methods:
1. Cream the butter and sugar together with a hand whisk.
2. Break the first egg into the mixture and until it is well combine break the second egg.
3. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, milk and dissolved white coffee then pour it into the baking bucket.
4. Select MENU 9 MIX and press START button.
5. After mixing is done removed the blade from the baking bucket.
6. Then select MENU 15 BAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER to 1 hours 20 minutes.
7. Once the cake is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and cool down for 10 minutes then gently shake of the cake onto the cooling rack.
8. Make sure the cake is cut when it has fully cooled down.
