Bread Maker Wholemeal Loaf - 面包机全麦吐司

Another recipe that fits in my taste perfectly - not too sweet or salty and also not too dry or dense, it's simply soft. You can even eat it plain without any spreads! Yummy!


~ Bread Maker Wholemeal Loaf ~

Ingredients:
300 g high protein flour / 高筋面粉
100 g wholemeal wheat bread flour / 全麦面粉
4 g salt / 盐
6 g instant yeast / 酵母
30 g sugar / 糖
40 g butter / 牛油
20 g milk powder / 奶粉
255 ml water / 水
1 tbsp softener / 软油

Methods:
1. Add water, then flour and milk powder to the baking bucket.
2. Make a well at the center of the flour using a spoon, place sugar at the left side of the baking bucket, salt at the right side and center with yeast.
3. Make sure yeast is not contact with the salt else it will not rise nicely.
4. Select MENU 1 BASIC, set WEIGHT to 750g, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER will be automatically set to 3 hours.
5. Press START button, about 10 minutes the dough will be formed then add the soften butter and softener, allow the machine to auto continue with the bread making for 3 hours.
6. Once the bread loaf is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and gently shake the loaf out onto the cooling rack. 
7. Make sure the bread loaf is cut when it has fully cooled down. 
8. You can make it at night and take out the next morning to serve immediately after cutting it.
