Bread Maker Banana Cake - 面包机香蕉蛋糕
What could be easier than making your Banana Cake in the Bread Machine? The hardest part about this recipe is waiting for the bread to be done. Yummy!
~ Bread Maker Banana Cake ~
Ingredients:
200 g ripe banana (mashed) / 香蕉
1/4 tsp baking soda / 苏打粉
1 tsp baking powder / 发粉
150 g cake flour / 蛋糕粉
130 g sugar / 糖
3 eggs (150g) / 鸡蛋
100 g corn oil / 玉米油
Methods:
1. Mash the banana, set aside.
2. Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda twice, set aside.
3. Hand whisk eggs, sugar and banana on maximum speed for 10 to 15 minutes till it forms ribbon.
4. Fold in the sifted flour.
5. Add oil into the batter and mix well under shiny.
6. Pour it into the baking bucket.
7. Then select MENU 15 BAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER to 1 hour 30 minutes.
8. Once the cake is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and cool down for 10 minutes then gently shake of the cake onto the cooling rack.
9. Make sure the cake is cut when it has fully cooled down.
