Bread Maker Cream Cheese Cake - 面包机奶油乳酪蛋糕
This is another masterpiece baked from bread maker - it is a real deal, everything you imagine a classic cheesecake recipe to be. Creamy, rich and yummy!
~ Bread Maker Cream Cheese Cake ~
Ingredients:
5 eggs / 鸡蛋
500 g spongemix powder / 海绵蛋糕合粉
100 ml water / 水
80 g butter / 奶油
1 tsp baking powder / 发粉
200 g cream cheese / 奶油乳酪
Methods:
1. Place all ingredients into the baking bucket.
2. Select MENU 12 CAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM, TIMER to 2 hour 20 minutes and press START button.
3. About 1 hour 20 minutes, press PAUSE and removed the blade from the baking bucket.
4. Then press START again until the cake is done, select MENU 15 BAKE, COLOR SETTING to MEDIUM and TIMER to 20 minutes.
5. Once the cake is ready, take out the baking bucket with mitts and cool down for 10 minutes then gently shake of the cake onto the cooling rack.
6. Make sure the cake is cut when it has fully cooled down.
